BUMP Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, BUMP accepts returns of merchandise in unworn, original condition within 21 days of the purchase date. BUMP will not issue a refund or merchandise credit for items returned past 21 days. Please note, original shipping charges are NOT refunded.
ALL SALE ITEMS, SWIMWEAR, SHAPE WEAR AND HOSIERY ARE FINAL.
1. BUMP will be responsible for all return shipping charges if the customer wishes to receive a store credit or exchange for returned item.
2. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges if they wish a full refund.
3. Customers wishing to return items directly to our Brooklyn store may do so within 21 days of receipt for store credit or exchange only.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
Customers wishing to return an item/s to BUMP are required to call t: 718 638 1960 or email email@example.com prior to shipping to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. When contacting us regarding a return please including the following information:
1. Order number.
2. Full name, address, phone and email address
3. Item description (Quantity, Size, Color, Price)
4. Reason for return
Once BUMP has issued a RETURN AUTHORIZATION we will email you a confirmation. Please retain for your reference and include a print out of the RETURN AUTHORIZATION with your return.
All items must be in unused condition with original tags still attached to ensure a full credit.
To reduce waste whenever possible please re-use shipping materials.
All items must be postmarked within 21 days of the purchase date. No returns will be accepted after 21 days.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. COD packages will not be accepted.

Once we have received your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Returns will be processed within 5 business days.
If returned items do not meet Bump’s return criteria, they will be returned to customer and no credit/refund will be issued.
